General wellness service

Our content supports general wellness, relaxation, reflection and guest or member experiences. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, emergency support or a substitute for qualified professional care. Use experiences only in safe settings and stop if uncomfortable.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for accurate account information, authorized users and account security. You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, extract protected content at scale, resell access, remove notices or use materials to make unsupported medical or outcome claims.

Intellectual property and license

GlobalWellness.ai and its licensors retain ownership of the platform, designs, content, software and resources. An active subscription provides a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to use included materials for the subscribed organization and locations. It does not transfer ownership.

Subscriptions

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Pricing, included locations and access levels are shown at checkout and in applicable order materials. Additional terms appear in our Subscription Terms.

Availability and changes

We may improve, replace or discontinue features and content. Beta, alpha and roadmap items may change and are not guaranteed. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or specific commercial, health or engagement outcomes.

Limitation and responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Each organization remains responsible for safe placement, staff instructions, local compliance, accessibility and claims made to its own guests, residents, employees or members.
