Subscription Terms

These terms supplement the Terms of Service and apply to recurring GlobalWellness.ai plans.

Recurring billing

Your selected plan is billed automatically at the interval and price shown at checkout until canceled. By subscribing, you authorize the payment provider to charge the saved payment method for recurring fees, taxes and approved additions.

Plan access

Access begins after successful payment and account provisioning. Features, content, permitted locations and branding services vary by plan. Branding materials must be accurate and provided through the approved onboarding process.

Renewal, changes and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically. You may manage payment details or cancel through the available customer billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid period; access continues through that period unless otherwise stated.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may retry the payment and notify the account contact. Access may be limited or suspended until the balance is resolved. You remain responsible for charges incurred before cancellation.

Upgrades and downgrades

Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the next renewal as displayed when requested. Prorations, if any, are determined by the payment and billing system.

Content and branding delivery

Automated branding depends on complete, usable information and assets. Delivery timing begins when required materials are received. Generated materials should be reviewed by the subscriber before public placement.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Canceling a subscription does not automatically create a refund.
